Aloha
The next Comedy/Drama from the director of “Say Anything”, “Almost Famous”, and “Jerry Maguire”.
I wasn’t really expecting anything really exciting from this, maybe some quirkiness in the vein of “Silver Linings Playbook”, but the story here never pulled me in. All of the characters are interesting and unique, but because the storyline wasn’t that inviting, I didn’t really care about what was happening to these people.
The cast here is really good, especially Bill Murray, but I’m not sure if there’s anything to like here except the performances, and maybe the soundtrack.
Bradley Cooper is still the man, though.
